作者用编码卡介苗(BCG)热休克蛋白(Hsp)65的DNA分别与流感病毒核蛋白(NP)的H-2K~d和H-2D~b限制性细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)表位基因构成融合基因,在大肠杆菌中表达。表达的融合蛋白(Hsp65-NP.D和Hsp65-NP.B)经提纯后分别免疫相应的H-2单倍型小鼠,测定其诱生NP特异性CTL的能力。
The authors used DNA encoding the BCG heat shock protein (Hsp) 65 to associate with the H-2K ~ d and H-2D ~ b restricted cytotoxic T-cell (CTL) epitope genes of the influenza virus nucleoprotein (NP) Fusion gene, expressed in E. coli. The expressed fusion proteins (Hsp65-NP.D and Hsp65-NP.B) were purified and the corresponding H-2 haplotype mice were respectively immunized to determine their ability to induce NP-specific CTLs.
