针对当前起重机械金属结构出现严重腐蚀的问题,介绍了一种适用于起重机械金属结构防腐蚀的聚脲涂层。对喷涂聚脲涂层的试样进行了力学性能研究。结果表明:当聚脲涂层厚度小于0.6 mm时,随着聚脲涂层厚度的增加,聚脲涂层的抗拉强度、最大应力、断面收缩率和表面硬度都呈增大的趋势。当聚脲涂层厚度大于0.6 mm时,除了表面硬度保持不变,而抗拉强度、最大应力降低,断面收缩率稍有上升。
Aiming at the serious corrosion problem of metal structure of crane, a kind of polyurea coating suitable for anti-corrosion of metal structure of crane is introduced. The mechanical properties of the sprayed polyurea coated samples were studied. The results show that when the thickness of polyurea coating is less than 0.6 mm, the tensile strength, maximum stress, reduction of area and surface hardness of polyurea coatings increase with the increase of polyurea coating thickness. When the thickness of the polyurea coating is more than 0.6 mm, except the surface hardness remains unchanged, the tensile strength, the maximum stress decreases, the cross-sectional shrinkage increases slightly.
