有机化学是化学专业四大基础课程之一,是以实验为基础的重要学科。几年来,我们在有机化学实验教学中,围绕着认真贯彻理论与实践相配合的方针,开展了一些改进和探索,取得了较好效果。本文进行简单的总结,以求教于广大同行。一、实验教学中存在的问题。师范院校的基本任务是培养又红又专的中学师资,而实验教学是培养学生掌握专业的必需的基本实验技能,以保证学生毕业后能适应化学教学的需要。目前很多中学都在农村,随着乡镇企业的迅速发展,中学教师参与乡镇企业生产管理的与日俱增,中等教育结构也发生了变化,因而对教师的知识结构也有了新的要求.其次,由于目前教育经费仍较困难,农村中学更是缺乏实验条件,使学生很少有机会接触仪器,难得动手做实验,因而考入大学的新生实验家质较差。第三,从化学实验本身来看,由于各门学科之间自成体系,条块割裂,只从本门课程出发选择实验项目,内容重复,缺乏联系。第四,因对商品经济的片面理解,一些学生轻学厌学,旷学经商,不安心于学习,上课看别人实验,凑数据,下课抄实验报告,考试作弊等现象,不利于对学生能力的培养。
Organic chemistry is one of the four basic courses in chemistry and is an important discipline based on experiments. In the past few years, we have conducted some improvements and explorations in organic chemistry experiment teaching around the principle of conscientiously carrying out the theory and practice, and achieved good results. This article is a simple summary, to seek advice in the majority of peers. First, the problems in experimental teaching. The basic task of normal colleges and universities is to train red and specialized middle school teachers, and experimental teaching is to develop students’ basic professional skills necessary to ensure that students can adapt to the needs of chemistry teaching after graduation. At present, many secondary schools are in rural areas. With the rapid development of township enterprises, the secondary school teachers ’participation in production and management of township and village enterprises is increasing day by day, and the structure of secondary education has also changed. Therefore, there are new requirements for teachers’ knowledge structure.Secondly, Funding is still more difficult, rural middle school is the lack of experimental conditions, so that students rarely have access to equipment, a rare experiment, and therefore admitted to the university freshmen poor quality of the experiment. Third, from the chemical experiment itself, due to the self-contained system between the various disciplines, fragmentation, only select from the course of the experimental project, repeated, lack of contact. Fourth, due to the one-sided understanding of the commodity economy, some students refuse to learn, learn to go to school, do not feel at ease learning to attend class to see others experiment, scrape together the data, copy the experiment report, exam cheating and other phenomena, is not conducive to the ability of students Culture.
