溴氰菊酯(商品名凯素灵,敌杀死)作为新一代的拟除虫菊酯已在农业上广泛使用,由于它具有杀虫效力强、药效迅速,杀虫谱广,对哺乳动物毒性低,在环境中能很快降解等优点,因而被认为是一种较为理想的防治卫生害虫的药物,其使用方法多采用直接作用的非滞留喷洒和有持久作用的滞留处理。广东省寄生虫病防治研究所使用溴氰菊酯滞留蚊帐的处理方法灭蚊的试验,已在实验室和小范围现场试用,取得明显的灭蚊效果,未发现不良反应。为进一步了解这一方法的安全性,本实验模拟此法灭蚊进行大鼠90天毒性试验,观察其对动物的毒性作用,提供毒理学资料。
