In order to analyze the process of compaction and shock compaction, the dynamics of the stress generated by the collision of different rigid objects were studied. It was experimentally determined that a 2-fold reduction in the stiffness of the struck object nearly caused the collision time and deformation time to increase by a factor of 1.5 while the acceleration and inertial force decreased by the same factor during the collision. Obviously, the rate of stress increase in the collision object is also reduced, that is, to extend the action time of the striking stress and reduce the stress value. A test consisting of a series of objects of different rigidities; the system has been established. The objects are made of steel, plastic, etc. and placed between the molding machine table and the machine base.
