高质量的教学需要一个运行健康、合理和全面的教学质量监控体系作保证。而艺术类专业不同于一般的文理科专业,在教学与教学管理上有其自身的个性特征。其中,有教学内容与教学方法上的特点,但更重要的是所管理的教师与学生各具艺术个性。由于艺术院校特有的原因,给学校的教学质量监控和管理带来一定的难度,也提出了如何把握艺术教育特殊性的更高要求。因此,加强艺术院校教学质量监控体系的构建,健全教学管理机制显得尤为重要,并具有非常实际的意义。
High-quality teaching requires a healthy, reasonable and comprehensive teaching quality monitoring system to ensure. The art specialty is different from the general liberal arts major, teaching and teaching management has its own personality characteristics.
