制约LFC13-1油田α层开发的主要因素是储层渗透率低、天然产能低、过去的采油工艺及开发过程中水动力场不平衡等。2006年开始对α层进行工业化试采,并通过多种尝试最终取得了成功。文中总结了α层工业化试采矿场实践中的认识与经验:①通过转变开采方式和井型,提高了α层产能;②逐步上提完井层位,充分利用底水能量,变底水驱为类边水驱,增大了α层的波及效率;③利用“海恩斯跳跃”增进原油从α层远井地带向近井地带的渗流;④“过流产层”保障了规模动用α层的经济效益;⑤试采井泵型由少级数、低扬程、大排量向多级数、高扬程、小排量转变,提高了泵效,有效克服了启动压力的影响。α层初步整体动用方案预测结果显示经济效益显著。α层工业化试采实践对本海域同类难采储层的开发具有指导意义。
The main factors restricting the development of alpha layer in LFC13-1 oilfield are the low reservoir permeability, low natural productivity, the past oil recovery process and imbalance of hydrodynamic field in the development process. The alpha layer was pilot-tested in 2006 and finally succeeded through several attempts. This paper summarizes the experience and experience of the α-layer industrial trial mining field in practice: (1) Increasing the productivity of the α-layer by changing the mode of mining and the well pattern; (2) Gradually raising and completing the well layer, making full use of the bottom water energy, Which increases the efficiency of α-layer sweep; ③ utilizes “Haines jump” to increase the seepage of crude oil from the α-layer to the near-well zone; ④ “over-flow layer” The economic benefits of using the α layer in scale; ⑤ the well pump type of the test-production well is changed from less series, low lift, large displacement to multi-series, high lift and small displacement to improve pump efficiency and effectively overcome the influence of starting pressure. The initial overall utilization of α-layer shows that the economic benefits are significant. The industrial trial production of α layer has guiding significance for the development of similar difficult reservoirs in this area.
