肿瘤组织的代谢组学最近已被证明,在膀胱癌的生物标记和早期发现方面具有重要的意义。在膀胱癌代谢的研究中,当前使用的疾病模型系统包括体外培养的癌细胞和体外肿瘤膀胱组织等。研究发现,膀胱癌肿瘤组织在许多代谢途径上都会产生重要的改变,比如能量代谢途径,特别是糖酵解、氨基酸和脂肪酸代谢。此外,在膀胱癌患者中还发现,嘌呤和嘧啶代谢以及肉碱的代谢也发生了改变。尽管关于膀胱癌诊断的新型生物标记物方面的研究已取得较大的进展,但在将研究所得向临床转化的过程中,仍然具有一些困难。综述膀胱癌的早期诊断、预测生物标记物的探索和膀胱癌代谢研究的文献,并对其研究进展作了分析。
Metabolomics of tumor tissue have recently been shown to be of great significance in the biomarker and early detection of bladder cancer. In the study of bladder cancer metabolism, currently used disease model system includes in vitro cultured cancer cells and in vitro tumor bladder tissue. The study found that bladder cancer tumor tissue in many metabolic pathways will make important changes, such as energy metabolism pathway, especially glycolysis, amino acid and fatty acid metabolism. In addition, patients with bladder cancer also found that purine and pyrimidine metabolism and carnitine metabolism also changed. Although much progress has been made in the study of novel biomarkers for the diagnosis of bladder cancer, there are still some difficulties in getting the research to clinical translation. This review summarizes the early diagnosis of bladder cancer, the exploration of biomarker prediction and the study of the metabolism of bladder cancer, and analyzes its progress.
