案件进程简介 2002年4月19日,中国钢铁工业协会及上海宝钢集团公司、鞍山钢铁集团公司、武汉钢铁(集团)公司、首钢总公司和邯郸钢铁集团有限公司向对外贸易经济合作部正式提交了《关于对钢铁产品进行保障措施调查的申请》,同时提供了钢铁产品进口情况以及国内产业经济情况的资料。申请人认为钢铁产品进口数量急剧增加,钢材价格下跌、企业利润下降、国内产品出口量减少、部分企业陷入了困境、失业人数增加,已经给国内钢铁产业造成严重损害。
Brief Introduction to the Case Process On April 19, 2002, China Iron and Steel Association and Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation, Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company, Shougang Corporation and Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. formally submitted their documents to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation The “Application for Investigating Safeguards for Steel Products” also provided information on the import of steel products and the economic conditions in the domestic industry. The claimant believes that the sharp increase in the import of steel products, the drop in the prices of steel products, the drop in corporate profits and the decrease in the export of domestic products, the downturn in some enterprises and the increase in the number of unemployed persons have caused serious damage to the domestic steel industry.
