为满足野外油料质量快速分析需要,本文研制一种基于电荷耦合器件(CCD)阵列检测的适于石油轻质燃料分析的近红外光谱仪,并对该仪器的性能进行评价。该仪器体积小,重量轻,满足手提式需求;采用密封式电路和光学系统,带有车载固定夹具。该仪器具有分析速度快、测量结果重现性好、环境适应性强、操作界面友好、分析数据库适用面广、无废液污染等特点,适用于野外环境条件下作业。
In order to meet the needs of rapid analysis of field oil quality, a near-infrared spectrometer based on charge-coupled device (CCD) array detection for light petroleum fuel analysis was developed and the performance of the instrument was evaluated. The instrument is small, light weight, to meet the needs of hand-held; using sealed circuits and optical systems, with a vehicle fixture. The instrument has the advantages of fast analysis speed, good reproducibility of measurement results, strong environmental adaptability, friendly operation interface, wide application of analytical database, no waste liquid pollution and the like, and is suitable for operation in the field environment.
