目的了解舟山淡色库蚊抗药性水平,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法采用WHO推荐的药液浸渍法,测定舟山淡色库蚊自然品系对3类常用杀虫药剂的抗药性水平。结果淡色库蚊对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数(R/S)为19.14,属中抗水平;溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、氯菊酯、残杀威抗性均属低抗水平,其抗性倍数(R/S)分别为7.33、6.67、5.93、5.15。结论舟山淡色库蚊自然品系对5种杀虫剂均产生了一定的抗药性,应合理使用杀虫剂,提倡物理灭蚊,从而延缓蚊类抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens in Zhoushan and provide a scientific basis for the rational use of insecticides. Methods The drug-impregnation method recommended by WHO was used to determine the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to three kinds of commonly used insecticides. Results The resistance ratio (R / S) of Culex pipiens pallens to beta-cypermethrin was 19.14, which was moderately resistant. The resistances to deltamethrin, dichlorvos, permethrin and propoxur were low, R / S) were 7.33,6.67,5.93,5.15. Conclusion The natural strains of Culex pipiens pallens from Zhoushan have certain resistance to five kinds of insecticides. Insecticides should be used reasonably and physical mosquito control should be promoted so as to delay the development of mosquito resistance.
