通过电光开关直接削波的方法，从实验上在一普通紫外预电离ＸｅＣｌ准分于激光器上获得了２～１０ｎｓ的准分子激光短脉冲；方案适用于任何其他准分子器件．给出了实验报道，并就实验结果的稳定性和方案进行了讨论．
By means of the direct clipping of the electro-optical switch, an excimer laser short pulse of 2 ~ 10 ns is obtained experimentally from an ordinary UV pre-ionization XeCl quasi-laser and the scheme is suitable for any other excimer devices. The experimental report is given, and the stability of the experimental results and the scheme are discussed.
