对各工业部门所采用的液体系统内腔和机组内腔清洗方法进行了分析,在此基础上研制出了一种专为内燃机车冷却器用的冷却单节液力脉冲清洗装置。这种清洗装置在保证清洗质量的前提下可以使冷却单节的清洗持续时间缩短2/3。
Based on the analysis of the liquid system lumens and the unit cavity cleaning methods adopted by various industrial departments, a cooling single-section hydraulic pulse cleaning device specially designed for the diesel locomotive cooler was developed. The cleaning device can reduce the cleaning duration of the cooling block by two-thirds while ensuring the quality of the cleaning.
