级联型STATCOM直流电压他励控制

针对级联型静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)直流电压半自励控制时较难实现平衡的问题,提出了3种他励控制的方案,即移相变压器三相不控整流、普通变压器单相脉宽调制(PWM)整流、普通变压器三相功率因数校正(PFC)整流。通过对这3种方案主电路拓扑及其控制方法的分析表明:三相不控整流的主电路最简单,单相PWM整流次之,三相PFC整流最复杂;三相不控整流控制最简单,单相PWM整流的控制相对三相PFC整流也简单,且控制器的采集数据也少;从经济性和控制难度上舍弃了三相PFC整流。最后通过仿真表明:三相不控整流与单相PWM整流都能满足运行要求,除非在四象限运行要求时选用单相PWM整流,其他场合三相不控整流就可以满足要求。 In order to solve the problem that STATCOM DC voltage semi-self-excitation control is difficult to balance, three kinds of control schemes are proposed, that is, three-phase uncontrolled rectification of phase-shifting transformer, single phase pulse of common transformer Wide modulation (PWM) rectifier, ordinary transformer three-phase power factor correction (PFC) rectifier. The analysis of main circuit topology and control methods shows that the main circuit of three-phase uncontrolled rectifier is the simplest, followed by single-phase PWM rectifier, and the three-phase PFC rectifier is the most complex. The three-phase uncontrolled rectifier rectifier is the simplest , The control of single-phase PWM rectifier relative to three-phase PFC rectifier is also simple, and the controller acquisition data less; from the economy and difficulty of control to abandon the three-phase PFC rectifier. Finally, the simulation shows that: three-phase uncontrolled rectifier and single-phase PWM rectifier can meet the operational requirements, unless the four-quadrant operation requires the use of single-phase PWM rectifier, other occasions, three-phase uncontrolled rectifier can meet the requirements.
