从“以读者为本”的人性化服务理念出发,阐释了高校图书馆进行人性化环境建设的具体做法,包括外部景观的人性化设计,外部设施的人性化设计,内部环境的布局设计、室内设计与美化,服务细节设计,从而实现高校图书馆内外环境的人性化统一。
