T淋巴细胞在机体免疫中占重要的地位,细胞免疫不仅取决于T细胞的总数,更与T细胞的功能亚群组成有关系。检测调节性T辅助淋巴细胞(TH)和T抑制淋巴细胞(Ts)亚群,对临床某些疾病,如感染、肿瘤、免疫缺陷及自身免疫性疾病的发病机理,指导治疗和预后估计均有重要意义。我们应用Leu系统单克隆抗体,采用间接荧光技术,进行一些方法学和临床检测方面的探讨,现报告如下。
