悬丝广泛应用于各种传感器以及DVD光驱头力矩器,目前国内主要依赖进口,降低产品成本,进行国产化研制,填补国内空白十分必要。作为国产化研制的基础,对进口Φ0.15 mm悬丝进行了SEM分析,X射线能谱分析,结果表明悬丝的合金成分为银、铍铜双金属复合材料。并使用纳米硬度计对悬丝进行纳米压痕实验,获得了较准确的硬度、弹性模量等材料力学性能参数。所获得的研究结果符合悬丝的工作性能要求,对于悬丝的国产化研制具有重要意义。
Suspension wire is widely used in various sensors and DVD drive head torque converter, currently mainly rely on imports, reduce product costs, for domestic development, to fill gaps in the domestic market is necessary. As a basis for the localization development, the Φ0.15 mm diameter imported silk was analyzed by SEM and X-ray energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that the alloy composition of the filament was silver and beryllium copper bimetallic composite. Nano-hardness tester was used to make nano-indentation experiments on the filament. The more accurate mechanical properties such as hardness and elastic modulus were obtained. The research results obtained are in line with the performance requirements of the filament, which is of great significance for the domesticization of the filament.
