随着建筑工业化的发展,装配式建筑在公共建筑中也得到推广。介绍了建筑工业化背景及相关政策。以新建星河湾中学学生公寓楼为例,依次介绍了装配式建筑标准化模数化、预制范围选择、构件拆分、主要连接节点、施工工艺流程等,相关方法可为类似的工程设计提供参考。
With the industrialization of buildings, fabricated buildings have also been promoted in public buildings. Introduced the background of industrialization of buildings and related policies. Taking the new apartment building of Star River Middle School as an example, this paper introduces the modular standardization of prefabricated buildings, the choice of prefabricated area, the splitting of components, the main connecting nodes and the construction process flow. The related methods can provide reference for similar engineering design.
