企业内部审计加强内部管理,提升内控效率的重要措施。现阶段,国家十分重视内部审计工作,然而,在一部分企业中对内部审计重视不足,没有建立完善的内部审计机构,发挥内部审计在企业运营活动中的监督作用。为此,本文对我国企业内部审计存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的对策,以期为企业内部审计提供参考。
