基础教育课程改革轰轰烈烈进行了好些年,而学生的学习负担并未能得到彻底的减轻,作业仍然过多过滥,其中不乏机械的、低水平重复的、盲目的超量作业,这些加重了学生负担,激发了学生的厌学情绪,在一定程度上降低了教育教学的质量。如教师能采取有效措施,控制作业量,对学生作业精挑细选,优化作业结构和质量,兼顾各种类型学生的作业,学生的过重学业负担一定能够减轻下来。就语文学科,谈谈分层作业在平时教学的应用中是怎样减轻学生的负担,增加学习的效率,提高教学质量。
