文章基于资源采集视角,从数量规模、获取渠道、组织体系等方面对国内国际的高水平开放课件进行了调研遴选。同时,从学科分布状态、时间分布情况、版权状态等多个方面对符合遴选要求开放课件进行了深入分析。在此基础上,面向开放课件的获取利用,提出了建立规范的资源采集、更新和拓展机制,制定可适应性的资源标引与组织体系,构建用户参与的可持续运行模式等建设策略。 Based on the perspective of resource collection, the article conducts research and selection on domestic and international high-level open courseware in terms of quantity and scale, access to channels and organizational system. At the same time, the paper analyzes in-depth the courseware that meets the requirements of the selection from various aspects such as the status of the subject distribution, the time distribution and the copyright status. On the basis of this, facing the acquisition and utilization of open courseware, this paper puts forward some construction strategies such as establishing a standardized resource collection, update and expansion mechanism, making adaptable resource indexing and organization system and constructing sustainable operation mode of user participation.
