目的评估2012年集训新兵的生活质量状况,并进一步分析其影响因素。方法采用随机整群抽样法,抽取南京军区某部新兵497名,应用健康状况简表(SF-36)进行生活质量调查,利用自行设计的调查表调查一般人口学特征与生活质量相关因素,并通过单因素t检验和多元线性回归分析研究其与生活质量是否存在关联。结果①集训新兵躯体疼痛维度得分低于地方常模(t=-5.130,P<0.01),生理职能、总体健康、精力、情感职能、精神健康得分高于地方常模(t=2.229-10.12,P<0.05),生理机能、SF-36总分相比无统计学意义;②多元线性回归显示集训新兵生活质量的影响因素为服役满意度和性别,服役满意度越高生活质量越好,女性新兵生活质量高于男性。结论 2012年集训新兵生活质量较好,但训练人员仍需提高警惕、科学施训,增加服役满意,减少训练伤的发生。
Objective To assess the quality of life of newly recruited recruits in 2012 and further analyze the influencing factors. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 497 recruits from a military unit in Nanjing Military Region. The health status summary (SF-36) was used to investigate the quality of life. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate general demographic characteristics and quality of life related factors One-way t-test and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to examine whether there was a correlation with quality of life. Results ① The pain scores of recruits were lower than those of local norm (t = -5.130, P <0.01). The scores of physical function, general health, energy, emotional function and mental health were higher than those of local norm (t = 2.229-10.12, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in physiological function and SF-36 total score. (2) Multivariate linear regression showed that service satisfaction and gender were the influencing factors of service quality, and the higher the service satisfaction, the better the quality of life Recruits higher quality of life than men. Conclusion The quality of recruits recruited in 2012 is better, but the training staff still need to be vigilant, scientifically train, increase service satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of training injuries.
