传统的管道漏磁内检测技术主要采用轴向励磁方式,对管道轴向导向的狭窄裂纹缺陷无法识别。本文建立周向励磁检测模型,对油气管道周向励磁漏磁检测技术进行研究。实验研究结果表明:周向励磁方式产生的非均磁场可以有效的检测出管道轴向导向的狭窄裂纹,但是磁极附近的背景磁场对裂纹检测精度影响很大。
The traditional pipeline magnetic flux leakage detection technology mainly uses the axial excitation method, which can not identify the narrow axial cracks in the pipeline. In this paper, we establish a circumferential excitation detection model to study the magnetic leakage magnetic leakage detection technology of the circumferential excitation of oil and gas pipelines. The experimental results show that the inhomogeneous magnetic field generated by the circumferential excitation method can effectively detect the axial cracks induced by the pipeline, but the background magnetic field near the magnetic pole has a great influence on the crack detection accuracy.
