中国的地区发展不平衡现象不仅存在于省际之间,许多省份内部也存在着较大的差距。近年来,随着中央政府采取一系列措施中国省际间地区差距开始有所缩小,但许多省份内部的差距反而有所扩大。本文发现,各省内部差距并没有显现随经济发展水平提高而自动缩小的现象,因此,各地方政府需要承担更多的责任,通过转移支付和公共服务均等化等多种形式促进地区内部的协调发展。 The unbalanced development of China’s regions not only exists in the inter-provincial area, but also in many provinces there is a big gap. In recent years, with the central government taking a series of measures to reduce the disparity between provinces in China, the internal disparities in many provinces have actually expanded. This paper finds that the internal disparities in the provinces do not appear to narrow automatically as the level of economic development increases. Therefore, all local governments need to take on more responsibilities and promote coordinated development within the region through various forms such as transfer payment and equalization of public services .
