缓、控释小丸根据其处方组成、结构不同,一般有膜控型小丸、骨架型小丸以及采用骨架和膜控方法相结合制成丸三种类型。本文探讨了缓、控释小丸的基本制备方法。
Slow, controlled release pellets according to their prescription composition, different structures, the general film-controlled pellets, pellets and the use of skeleton and membrane control method combined into three types of pills. This article discusses the slow, controlled release pellets of the basic preparation method.
