目的:探讨肺炎患儿血清IL-8、IL-17、磷脂酶A2(Phospholipase A2,PLA2)的表达及临床意义。方法:选择2011年1月至2013年12月期间90例肺炎患儿为研究对象。将90例肺炎患儿按照临床症状分为喘息性肺炎(52例)和非喘息性肺炎(38例)。喘息性肺炎:病程>10d20例,病程≤10d32例。52例喘息性肺炎按照病原学检测结果,呼吸道合胞病毒感染28例,肺炎支原体感染24例。另选择健康儿童50例为对照组。统计受试者血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平,并对血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平与年龄、性别、肺炎病程、肺炎病因、肺炎症状进行相关性分析。结果:喘息性肺炎血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平均高于非喘息性肺炎、健康对照组,差异有统计学意义;非喘息性肺炎患儿血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平高于健康对照组,两组比较有统计学意义;喘息性肺炎不同病因患儿血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义;但喘息性肺炎不同病因之间血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平比较无统计学意义;喘息性肺炎病程>10d患儿血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平均高于病程≤10d、健康对照组,差异有统计学意义;血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2水平与肺炎病程、肺炎症状呈正相关;血清IL-8、IL-17、PLA2等指标与年龄、性别、肺炎病因等因素无明显相关性。结论:IL-8、IL-17、PLA2在肺炎患儿血清中呈高表达;IL-8、IL-17、PLA2与肺炎症状及病程进展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum IL-8, IL-17 and phospholipase A2 (PLA2) in children with pneumonia. Methods: From January 2011 to December 2013, 90 cases of children with pneumonia were selected as the study subjects. Ninety children with pneumonia were divided into asthmatic pneumonia (52 cases) and non-asthmatic pneumonia (38 cases) according to clinical symptoms. Results: Serum levels of IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 in patients with asthmatic pneumonia were significantly higher than those in non-asthmatic pneumonia and healthy controls, with significant difference; serum IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 The levels of IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 in children with different causes of asthmatic pneumonia were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05), but the difference was statistically significant. However, asthmatic pneumonia Serum levels of IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 between different etiologies were not statistically significant. Serum levels of IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 in patients with asthmatic pneumonia> 10 days were higher than those in patients with less than 10 days , And the difference was statistically significant. Serum levels of IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 were positively correlated with the course of pneumonia and the symptoms of pneumonia. Serum IL-8, IL-17, PLA2 and other factors had no significant difference with age, gender and the cause of pneumonia Correlation. Conclusion: IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 are highly expressed in the serum of children with pneumonia. IL-8, IL-17 and PLA2 are closely related to the symptoms and progression of pneumonia.
