学校工作要不要大搞群众运动?教育质量能不能大跃进?我们的工作实践已经作了肯定的回答。上学期,自从市委文教工作会议和市、区的教育工作跃进大会以后,我校在党的领导下开展了轰轰烈烈的以提高教育质量为中心的群众运动,掀起了“学、赶、超、帮”的热潮,学校面貌焕然一新。经过一个时期的努力,学生的社会主义觉悟和学习成绩大大提高了。学期末,全校23个班级参加全市期终统一考试的平均成绩,有19个班在80分以上,其中90分以上的有9个班,二甲班语文达到99.1分,算术达到99分。个别学生成绩有显著提高的例子则不胜枚举。如二甲班的韩二子,是个留级四次的学生,大家原都认为这个孩子没法教好,可是在统
