用经典极谱法测定痕量镉,文献上已有较多报道,但由于使用滴汞电极,操作不够方便,灵敏度也不很高,一般可测至10~(-5)mol/L.鉴于微分极谱法(亦称新极谱法,neope-larography)的各种测定的方法较之经典方法有许多显著的优点,本文以悬汞电极为工作电极,应用i-E曲线法、半微分法、1.5次微分法及2.5次微分法测定了痕量镉,使检出限降低至0.042μg/mL.这些方法不仅具有波形好、灵敏度高、分辨能力强、分析速度快等优点,而且由于避免了使用滴汞电极,因而其操作简便易行。
There are many reports in the literature about the determination of trace cadmium by classical polarographic method. However, due to the inconvenient operation and the low sensitivity, the droplet mercury electrode can usually measure 10 ~ (-5) mol / L. The methods of differential polarography (also known as neope-larography) have many significant advantages over the classical methods.
