目的探讨丁苯肽对进展性脑梗死的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子和血管内皮功能水平的变化。方法选取2014年1月-2015年5月医院收治的PCI患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组入院后均予脑梗死常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上予丁苯酞软胶囊。观察并记录2组治疗前与治疗14d后患者血清IL-6、ET-1、TNF-α、NO水平。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%显著优于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前血清炎性因子IL-6、ET-1、TNF-α水平2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗14d后2组血清炎性因子IL-6、ET-1、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组较对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后NO水平均较治疗前升高,但治疗组治疗前、后NO水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前、后NO水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组NO水平组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊有效改善进展性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损症状,可有效降低进展性患者炎症反应,改善血管内皮功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of butanib on progressive cerebral infarction and the changes of serum inflammatory cytokines and endothelial function. Methods Sixty PCI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Both groups were given conventional treatment of cerebral infarction after admission. The treatment group was given butylphthalide soft capsules on this basis. The levels of IL-6, ET-1, TNF-α and NO in the two groups before and 14 days after treatment were observed and recorded. Results The total effective rate 93.3% in the treatment group was significantly better than 80.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, ET-1 and TNF-α before treatment were not significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, ET-1 and TNF-αin the two groups after treatment for 14 days were lower than those before treatment, the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of NO in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, but there was significant difference in NO levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups of NO levels (P <0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsule can effectively improve the neurological deficits in patients with progressive cerebral infarction, which can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction and improve endothelial function in patients with progressive cerebral infarction.
