目的了解开封市艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群的特征以及HIV感染状况,为艾滋病健康教育的开展提供依据。方法对2009~2013年在开封市艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊咨询的1032例求询者进行人口学及相关资料分析。结果在1032名求询者中,年龄20~40岁的850例(82.36%),男733例(71.03%),高中文化程度者居多。有67.94%因发生过高危性行为而前来咨询,咨询问题主要集中在艾滋病感染后的症状表现、窗口期及诊断等方面。12例(1.16%)HIV抗体阳性者中有11例通过性传播途径传染,占91.67%。结论艾滋病自愿咨询检测以青壮年男性为主,传播途径仍以性传播为主,应加强艾滋病检测服务网点的建设,加大对青壮年人群的艾滋病健康教育普及力度。
Objective To understand the characteristics of HIV / AIDS voluntary counseling and testing population in Kaifeng City and the status of HIV infection so as to provide basis for AIDS health education. Methods A total of 1032 inquiries from 2009 to 2013 in Kaifeng AIDS voluntary counseling and testing clinics were conducted demographic and related data analysis. Results Of 1,032 inquirers, 850 (82.36%) were aged 20-40 years old and 733 (71.03%) were male, with high school education. 67.94% of them came to consult because of their high risk behavior. The consultation problems mainly focused on symptoms, window period and diagnosis after AIDS infection. Eleven of 12 (1.16%) HIV-positive individuals were transmitted by sexual transmission, accounting for 91.67%. Conclusions HIV / AIDS voluntary counseling and testing is mainly performed on young and middle-aged males. Transmission is still mainly based on sexual transmission. HIV / AIDS testing service outlets should be built to increase the popularization of HIV / AIDS health education among young and middle-aged people.
