1992年第1期《中国记者》杂志曾刊发一篇名为《我这放牛娃当上了记者》的文章,作者为湖南衡东电视台记者周迅,文章讲到了新华社湖南分社通联部原主任钟敬德对他这个“放牛娃”的指导与帮助。时隔20年之后,已经在北京工作多年的周迅再次撰文怀念已于2009年辞世的钟敬德同志。“传、帮、带”是新闻界的优良传统,一位热心负责的老同志的关心和培养,不仅可以改变青年人的命运,也可以为新闻事业增添更多的后备人才。谨以本文与业界同仁共勉。
