本论文以Тортай区块的46井固井技术难点入手,针对46井实钻情况制定了分级注水泥固井工艺施工,采用平衡压力固井技术解决了高压油气层固井问题,采用抗高温抗盐水泥浆体系解决了高温高压条件下盐水钻井液污染水泥浆的固井问题,配合流动度好的前置液解决了深井小间隙固井难题,使用晶格膨胀剂水泥浆体系保障了主力油层的固井质量。该井的安全施工和良好的固井质量为下部高压复杂井固井提供一条新的思路。
In this paper, the technical difficulties of 46 well cementing in the Тортай block are discussed. According to the actual drilling situation of 46 wells, a cementing cementing process is developed.
