绿茶多酚和绿茶水溶性提取物对1,2-二甲基肼(1,2-DMH)诱发近交系C_(57)BL小鼠大肠隐窝上皮细胞微核与凋谢的影响研究结果显示:提取物的不同剂量对1,2-DMH诱发小鼠大肠隐窝上皮细胞微核和凋谢有明显的拮抗作用,并存在剂量-效应关系。因而测定二甲基肼诱发小鼠大肠隐窝上皮细胞微核和凋谢,可作为抗结肠致癌物的快速筛选方法。
Effects of Green Tea Polyphenols and Green Tea Water-soluble Extracts on Micronucleus and Withering of Large Intestine Crypt Epithelial Cells Induced by 1,2-Dimethylhydrazine (1,2-DMH) in Mouse Inbred Line C57BL : Different dosages of extract significantly antagonized the micronuclei and apoptosis of colorectal crypt epithelial cells induced by 1,2-DMH in mice, and there was a dose-response relationship. Thus determination of dimethyl hydrazine-induced mouse colorectal crypt epithelial cells micronucleus and wither, as anti-colon carcinogens rapid screening method.
