简要介绍了某型船用柴油机机体的铸造工艺,对进水管内部粘砂问题进行了原因分析,认为形成的粘砂类型为气态渗透粘砂。通过调整铸件内浇口位置和改变芯砂的制作工艺,解决了水管内部粘砂的问题。
The casting process of a marine diesel engine body is briefly introduced. The reason of the sticking sand inside the water inlet pipe is analyzed. It is concluded that the type of sticky sand formed is gas-permeable sticky sand. By adjusting the position of casting gate and changing the production process of core sand, the problem of sticking sand inside the water pipe is solved.
