一、前言 直到目前为止能测量管道中流动的粉体流量,并付诸实用的装置几乎没有。它与服从牛顿运动定律的气体、液体等流体计量不同,雷诺相似定律并不适用,所以,试图只用一个物理量就求出其流量是十分困难的。 采用静电电容式传感技术和相关原理制成的粉体流量计应用于高炉喷吹煤粉流量的测量,经现场长时间各种试验和改进的结果表明,可以在高炉实际中使用。试验的体会和现场使用结果现介绍如下。
I. INTRODUCTION Up to now, it has been possible to measure the flow of powder flowing in pipes and to put practically no devices. It is different from fluid measurement such as gas and liquid subject to Newton’s law of motion. The Reynolds law of similarity does not apply. Therefore, it is very difficult to find out the flow with only one physical quantity. The use of electrostatic capacitance-based sensing technology and related principles of powder flow meter used in the blast furnace pulverized coal flow measurement, the scene a long time a variety of tests and improvements show that the blast furnace can be used in practice. The experience of the experiment and the results of field use are described below.
