班主任工作是一门科学,又是一门艺术。学生的内心世界,是一个等待开垦、充满矛盾的世界。能不能进入学生的内心世界是决定教育成败的关键一步。从这个意义上讲,班主任工作艺术是“敲门的艺术”。作为全面负责学校班级学生的思想、学习、健康和生活的班主任,其所具备的各方面素质及其知识结构潜移默化地改造着教育过程中的内部机构,影响着班级每个学生心理品质的形成。教学实践早已表明:任课教师教育不得力,可能出现乱堂,而班主任教育不得法,就会出现乱班。而对于处在乱班中的正值青春发育变化期的一个个独立的个体学生来说,其正确的人生态度、思想意识和道德品质的健康形成就会受到影响,因此,中学班主任作为协调各方面教育力量共同育人的枢纽和对学生进行思想品德教育的骨干,必须用心理健康教育的知识武装自己,加大心理健康教育在教学与班级管理中的渗透力度。

Therefore, In terms of the hub of educating people to jointly educate people and the backbone of ideological and moral education for students, we must arm ourselves with the knowledge of mental health education and increase the penetration of mental health education in teaching and class management.
