目的:探讨完全去前列腺神经后前列腺组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b-FGF)的表达对前列腺增生的影响。方法:将130只成年SD雄性大鼠随机分成四组,对照组10只,实验组120只,分别用0.01%戊巴比妥钠(1ml/kg)腹腔注射麻醉,实验组破坏支配前列腺的神经后缝合饲养,分别于术后1周,2周,3周各处死40只,完整取出前列腺,分别用于电镜与免疫组化检测。结果:实验组前列腺体积明显缩小,组织轻度水肿,无炎细胞浸润,HE染色与电镜下观察神经纤维显著减少,甚至消失,平滑肌逐渐变薄,腺细胞出现空泡变性,部分细胞器破坏,基底膜萎缩,胶原纤维轻度增生;b-FGF在各组均有表达,实验组随时间延长,表达逐渐减弱,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周与2周表达的差异无统计学意义,术后1、2周分别与3周比较,b-FGF表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠前列腺去神经后其体积缩小,前列腺组织中b-FGF的表达显著减弱。
Objective: To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF) expression on prostatic hyperplasia in prostatic tissue after complete prostatectomy. Methods: 130 adult SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group (n = 10) and experimental group (n = 120). Rats were anesthetized by 0.01% pentobarbital sodium (1ml / After suture feeding, 40 rabbits were sacrificed in 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after operation, respectively. Prostate was removed completely for electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results: In the experimental group, the prostate volume was significantly reduced, mild edema and infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed in the experimental group. The nerve fibers were significantly reduced or even disappeared by HE staining and electron microscopy. The smooth muscle became thinner, the vacuolated degeneration of the gland cells and the destruction of some organelles, (P <0.05). After 1 week and 2 weeks after operation, the expression of b-FGF was significantly increased in all groups, the expression of b-FGF was decreased in all groups, There was no significant difference in expression of b-FGF between the two groups at 1 week and 2 weeks after operation (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: After the denervation of the prostate in rats, the volume of b-FGF is significantly reduced in the prostatic tissue.
