1 材料与方法1.1 动物 Wistar大鼠30只,由本院实验动物科提供。平均体重147.4±29g,雄雌各半随机分成3组,每组10只。正常对照组:每d灌胃蒸馏水2ml/100g体重;实验组:每d灌胃20％提取液2ml/100g体重;实验组:每d灌胃80％提取液2ml/100g体重。1.2 药液提取 将市售的干燥去皮轮叶党参500g粉碎成小块,加3000ml水、浸泡2h后,回流提取2h,倾出
1 Materials and methods 1.1 Animals Wistar rats 30 were provided by the Laboratory Animal Section of our hospital. The average body weight was 147.4±29g. Male and female were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 animals in each group. Normal control group: 2 ml/100 g body weight of distilled water per d; experimental group: 2 ml/100 g body weight of 2% extract per g; experimental group: 8 ml/100 g body weight of 80% extract per g. 1.2 Liquid extraction The commercially available dried peeled codonopsis pilosula 500 g was crushed into small pieces, added with 3000 ml of water, soaked for 2 h, and reflux extracted for 2 h.
