细胞自噬(简称自噬)是广泛存在于真核细胞中的生命现象〔1〕,它与细胞的正常生长、分化、凋亡以及多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。细胞自噬对肿瘤的生长具有双重影响:一方面,能保护正常细胞抑制肿瘤细胞的生长;另一方面,能促进肿瘤细胞的生长。研究发现,自噬的发生与肿瘤的耐药密切相关,抑制自噬可能成为一种有效地肿瘤治疗策略。
Cell autophagy (autophagy) is a widespread life phenomenon in eukaryotic cells [1], which is closely related to the normal cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. Cell autophagy has a dual impact on tumor growth: on the one hand, can protect normal cells inhibit tumor cell growth; the other hand, can promote tumor cell growth. The study found that the occurrence of autophagy is closely related to tumor resistance, inhibition of autophagy may become an effective strategy for cancer treatment.
