以海峡西岸经济区“十二五”发展新形势和新环境为背景,在分析海峡西岸经济区发展战略规划的基础上,通过分析图书情报学教育、图书馆及情报所图书情报工作人员现状和人才培养发展中存在的问题,提出新形势下海峡西岸经济区图书情报人才发展战略规划。
