国家计委最近的提出,要研究调整2000年经济发展的十项比重关系。(1)第一、二、三产业的比重关系调整为18.2:52:29.8。(2)工农业之间的比重调整为84:16。(3)重工业与轻工业之间主要关系维持在1:1。(4)农业内部,农作物种植占10％;种植业中粮食占60％;(5)储蓄与消费之间的合理比重为33.5～34.5:65.5～66.5;(6)国家资产与流动资金比重应掌握在75:25。(7)生产性投资与非生产性投资的比重为66:34;(8)进出口值占国内生产总值的比重应维持在10％～12％;(9)社会总需求大于总供给的幅度应控制5％以内。(10)调整财政收入与国民生产产值的比重关系。
The State Development Planning Commission recently proposed to study and adjust the ten major proportions of economic development in 2000.
