本文介绍采用了一种FX2N可编程控制器对自动高速吸塑机发热砖模块进行温度检测与控制系统实现功能的设计。在温度控制输出过程中,采用PID控制器,对温度的采集数据进行计算,然后通过可编程控制器输出对发热砖模块间接控制,同时实现数字滤波、触发脉冲等功能。
This article describes the use of a FX2N programmable controller for automatic high-speed blister heating brick module temperature detection and control system to achieve the function of design. In the temperature control output process, the PID controller is used to calculate the temperature acquisition data, and then indirectly control the heating brick module through the programmable controller output, meanwhile realizing the functions of digital filtering and trigger pulse.
