目的探讨急救流程在抢救急危重症患者时缩短时间、提高工作效率方面的作用。方法分析、讨论手术室中治疗环节存在的护理配合问题,基于此,构建急危重症手术患者救治流程,在参照卫生部急诊患者病情分级指导原则的基础上,依据对患者的病情评估安排手术和护理人员配置。结果构建手术室急救流程后,手术准备时间、手术时间及休克发生率均较构建前显著缩短或降低(t=21.64、26.84,χ~2=4.162,P<0.05),构建后2 h手术率(65%)也较流程构建前(45%)升高(χ~2=5.189,P<0.05)。结论急危重症患者急救流程的构建为病人的抢救提供了新的思路。
Objective To explore the role of the emergency process in reducing the time and improving the working efficiency in the emergency treatment of critically ill patients. Conclusion The construction of the emergency procedure in critically ill patients provides a new idea for the rescue of patients.
