设计了一套能够测量由于接触表面间小幅度的相对切向运动所导致的迟滞现象的试验装置,克服了无法将系统刚度与接触刚度分开的难题.利用该试验系统能够对不同初始正压力和激振力作用下接触表面间微幅相对运动的迟滞曲线进行测试,根据测试结果计算得到接触表面间的接触刚度.最后将试验结果与理论、数值计算结果进行对比,为最终建立一套可准确预估接触表面间接触刚度的数值模拟方法奠定基础.
A set of test device which can measure the hysteresis caused by small relative tangential movement between the contact surfaces is designed to overcome the problem that the system rigidity can not be separated from the contact stiffness.Using the test system, The hysteresis curve of the micro relative movement between the contact surfaces under the exciting force is tested, and the contact stiffness between the contact surfaces is calculated according to the test results.
