博弈论是复杂系统理论的重要组成部分,特别适合描述双方或者多方合作解决问题或者对抗求得平衡的复杂问题。中医的方剂学说包含了博奕论思想的多种涵义。本研究建立四物汤的多方博弈模型,并应用于几种不同配比的四物汤药效分析。首先应用模糊集合进行四物汤多成分交互分析,得到熟地、当归、川芎、白芍对于实验靶点的隶属度函数,然后将其作为博弈模型的收益函数,建立四物汤的多方博弈模型,应用于3种不同配比的四物汤药效分析。根据实验所选取的靶点和博弈模型,《太平惠民和剂局方》的四物汤配比是最优值之一。
Game theory is an important part of the theory of complex systems and is especially suitable for describing the complex problems of two or more parties working together to solve problems or counterbalance the balance. The prescription theory of traditional Chinese medicine contains many meanings of game theory. In this study, a multi-party game model of Siwu Decoction was established and applied to the pharmacodynamics analysis of Siwu Tang with different proportions. Firstly, the fuzzy set was used to carry out multi-component interactive analysis of Siwu Tang to get the membership function of Rehmannia, Angelica, Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba by the experimental target, and then use it as the revenue function of the game model to establish the multi-party game model of Siwu Tang, Applied to three different proportions of Siwu Tang pharmacodynamic analysis. According to the target and game model selected by the experiment, the ratio of Siwu Decoction of “Taiping Huimin and Pharmacopoeia” is one of the optimal values.
