通过阐释高校学习型党组织所具有的强大的知识学习力、可持续的知识创新力、强大的社会服务力和文化引领力的基本特征,分析当前高校学习型党组织建设在导向原则、学风建设、形式载体、方法创新及制度建设上存在的问题及原因,提出增强高校学习型党组织建设实效性的对策建议。
