目的探讨DR与传统曲面断层的区别以及其优缺点。方法随机选择100名患者,分别采用数字化口腔全景机和传统的曲面断层拍摄技术进行拍摄,对影像质量进行评价对比。结果数字化口腔全景机进行拍摄和传统的曲面断层拍摄进行对比,甲级片率分别为96%和61%,进行卡方检验分析,χ2=36.36,P=0.000,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 DR具有成像清晰、快捷、环保等诸多优点,推广前景广阔。
Objective To explore the differences between DR and traditional curved faults and their advantages and disadvantages. Methods A total of 100 patients were randomly selected. The images were digitized using a digital oral panoramic camera and conventional curved tomography. The quality of the images was evaluated and compared. Results Compared with traditional panoramic tomography, the digital oral panoramic camera recorded 96% and 61% of grade A, respectively, and was analyzed by chi-square test (χ2 = 36.36, P = 0.000, P <0.05) significance. Conclusion DR has many advantages, such as clear imaging, quickness, environmental protection and so on.
