What are the reasons for this? How should we solve this problem? The author, through his investigation and analysis, finds that there are mainly four specific problems as follows. First, the pre-prepared soldiers on the management of “a sink.” In accordance with the relevant provisions of the headquarters, the registration, storage, preparation and mobilization of reserve officers are the main tasks of the department of armed forces.
