检察机关依法对民事执行活动进行监督不仅具有很强的必要性、可行性,而且也具有较为坚实的理论、实践基础,其对缓解“执行难”、遏制“执行乱”具有重大的意义。但我国现在并无检察机关对民事执行工作进行监督的统一实践,对民事执行的检察监督制度尚未有效建立起来。文章通过阐述检察机关对民事执行监督的现状、存在问题及解决方法来提出完善民事执行监督体制的构想。
