目的研究保留幽门十二指肠切除术（ＰＰＰＤ）后的胃排空障碍（ＤＧＥ）的防治。方法对４４例ＰＰＰＤ术后ＤＧＥ的病人进行回顾性分析，选择性地进行胃造口安置减压组合营养管（ＰＳⅡ型管）观察其疗效。结果本组病例ＤＧＥ的发生率为２５％。通过ＰＳⅡ型管胃造口可获得满意效果，没有相关并发症。结论ＰＳⅡ型管有减压和营养功能，通过胃造口安置可有效地防治ＰＰＰＤ术后ＤＧＥ，既安全又可减少病人痛苦
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of gastric emptying disorder (DGE) after retention of pyloric duodenum resection (PPPD). Methods Forty - four patients with DGE after PPPD were retrospectively analyzed. The curative effect of selective gastrostomy and decompression combined nutrition tube (PS Ⅱ) was observed. Results The incidence of DGE in this group was 25%. Satisfactory results can be obtained through gastrostomy with PS Ⅱ tube, without any complications. Conclusion The PSⅡ-type tube has decompression and nutrition function, which can effectively prevent and treat DGE after PPPD through the placement of gastrostomy, which is safe and reduces the patient’s pain
